It includes ten physics and engineering design activities that are aligned to eight Next Generation Science Standards and also comes with a 116-page book with detailed explanations and activity objectives to guide instruction. Each activity is intended to be performed in one or two 45-50 minute class periods. The kit comes with 437 durable plastic building pieces that are intended for repeated classroom use as well as illustrated step-by-step assembly instructions to direct hands-on model building exercises. Suitable for groups, each kit is designed for use by up to four students.
